The Mediator, a specially-trained third-party neutral, helps people in a dispute discuss their situation and resolve it together.  


 

We either prepare you, in a one-on-one session, to engage in a negotiation with all your options addressed or lead your negotiation efforts on your behalf.

We create a multi-party communication arena where brainstorming,  problem solving and team-building can occur.
