About Us

Ron Gross is a Mediator, Negotiator and Conflict Resolution Specialist certified by the State Supreme Court of Texas as a mediator for both Civil and Family Law cases.  He has a Masters degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in Dispute Resolution with over 560 hours of specialized mediation training.

Ron mediates as an EASE Envoy for the EEOC Philadelphia District Office, at the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations and volunteers at the Good Shepherd Mediation Program in Philadelphia, PA. He is the past President of the Association for Conflict Resolution (GP), a Credentialed Mediator by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, a Master Mediator by the American Institute of Mediation, and a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, the Texas Association of Mediators and the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. 

As a builder of custom homes for 20 years, certified as a Master Builder by the NAHB, and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HRCI, Ron brings many years of business and negotiation experience to his mediations. 

Ron believes that any conflict, through mediation or negotiation, can be resolved with only one necessary criteria: that both parties desire a resolution. Given that, and the proper setting, Ron will bring any conflict to a successful resolution.
